00:03	It was just "for the fun of it". That's what three Oklahoma teenagers said was the reason they murdered 22-year-old Christopher Lane.
00:11	Authorities say the teens were out on a mission to kill and that they randomly shot Lane in the back.
00:17	The teens were seen speeding away in a car and police later caught up with them thanks to surveillance video from nearby businesses.
00:25	Police say he went out for a jog. This is the scene where lane was gunned down. The three suspects, also from Oklahoma, ages 15, 16 and 17-years old.
00:34	The three boys, who admitted to the killing, are now in custody. The police chief told ABC, "They were pretty uncooperative".
00:42	But after questioning them and getting consent to search the car, we found evidence that made us believe they were involved.
00:49	They were bored and just wanted to see somebody die.
00:53	KWTV reports the 15 and 16-year-olds were charged on Tuesday with 1st degree murder.
00:58	The third is charged as a youthful offender facing one count of accessory to first degree murder.
01:03	Chris Lane, from Australia, was in the U.S. on a baseball scholarship to East Central University in Oklahoma.
01:10	He was in Duncan, Okla. visiting his longtime girlfriend when he was shot and killed - the two had just returned from a three-week trip to Australia. She calls the ordeal "unbearable".
01:21	She plans to return to Australia to be with Lane's family. His body is being flown back for a funeral.
01:26	His dad talked to the press - giving an emotional interview.
01:31	He's left his mark as we know and there's not going to be any good come out of this because it was just so senseless.

00:23	The Banana Diet is you start with a banana, or as many as you want for breakfast, with warm water.
00:28	You don't have anything until lunch. You have a basic lunch, which can be anything you want, even pizza and fries.
00:33	Then, you have a snack, which can even be a sweet. Dinner, which has to be- which can be anything you want. It has to be before 8 p.m.
00:39	Nothing after dinner, including sweets; and then you have to go to bed before midnight.
00:43	-So much that – uh, is wrong with this… -Exactly.
00:46	…to me; I don’t even know where to start. But let’s start with breakfast. First of all, as many bananas as you want?
00:51	-As many as you want. Exactly. -So maybe the idea is you get so full, you don't want to eat a big lunch, a big dinner, a big…?
00:57	Well, that's part of it. Bananas do have fiber, and they're gonna help fill you up to some extent.
01:01	But still, many people we know, no matter how many bananas you have for breakfast, they're still…
01:05	…they’re told you can have whatever you want for lunch and dinner.
01:07	I mean, I don’t care – you could be having a turkey sandwich, trying to lose weight, then all of a sudden, you switch to pizza and fries…
01:13	-…I mean, you're gonna gain weight! -That’s one problem.
01:15	It's a recipe for disaster for most people.
01:17	However – the other thing - for some people, though, if you're eating, let's say, lots of sweets throughout the day…
01:22	…and now you're told you can't have any sweets except for one small sweet at three, you might lose some weight.
01:27	Also, for some people, if you're an emotional eater and you overconsume thousands of calories at night, you're gonna cut calories.
01:32	So, for some people, you may lose a little bit of weight, but for most people, again - it's a recipe for disaster.
01:38	How about the warm water, though, to start your day? I know that’s something that you recommend. That’s one good thing about this diet.
01:44	It is. Well, because some people do believe that it does help with digestion.
01:47	And it's also – it’s calming for some people to have that warm water in the morning.
01:50	It’s calming; you're increasing your fluid intake in the morning, but this diet actually gives no explanation of why.
01:55	Okay. There’s a Japanese actress who lost 26 pounds…people see that and they say, “I don’t care that it’s not logical. It worked for her!”
02:03	Well, but it was also put up on a some social networking site in Japan, and people are going crazy…
02:07	…and actually, half the testimonials, they can't even find the people. So, for most people, bananas are not a magical food. They're just not
02:13	They have fiber. They have protein. They have potassium.
02:16	They're an excellent food which should - should be incorporated into your diet but just like the grapefruit diet or the cabbage soup diet…
02:21	-Exactly. -…there's no magical food.
02:23	Exactly. Right. And bananas…is there – what’s the one thing about bananas where you – it, it could be a good thing?
02:29	Well, the interesting thing…well, first of all, there is some fiber, and I said potassium…
02:32	and one other interesting thing about it, is that it does have some resistant starch.
02:36	Resistant starch is a type of fiber that passes through your system into your colon, and which - without being digested.
02:41	And there is some new research that shows that it might actually help burn fat.
02:46	Now, even if that's true and, let's say, it does help do that, there are other resistant starches out there, in potatoes, in beans.
02:52	You still can't over-consume as many bananas as you want…
02:54	…and you still can't eat whatever you want, including steak and fries every day for lunch. So…
